The objective of the project was to strategically plan and design a new neighborhood that would fully leverage the potential of the local waterfront. I was an architect in charge for the terraced houses with pitched roofs. As an example of my design process are elevation alternatives seen below. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in facilitating effective coordination among various stakeholders, including fellow consultants and clients.
