The objective of the project was to strategically plan and design a new neighborhood that would fully leverage the potential of the local waterfront. I was an architect in charge for the terraced building part. The design challange was that each of the apartments had a swimming pool on the terrace. Furthermore every flat had a different entrance level so that users from most apartments could benefit from the fjord view. That design feature also helped with alligning the building to existing terrain topography. Additionally, I was engaged in the process of coordinating the project with consultants and the client.
